i was impressed with the hotel's proximity to the metro station. there were also numerous restaurants and coffee shops nearby, convenient. i appreciated the quiet side street location, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. the bed provided excellent comfort , which ensured a restful experience.

i found that the room, although modern , felt somewhat cramped. despite paying extra for a larger room, it still seemed smaller than anticipated. this lack of space was a slight inconvenience .

I enjoyed the hotel's proximity to many restaurants. A nearby subway station made getting around effortless. The staff was very friendly (especially Marseille!), offering helpful advice and assistance. I really appreciated their willingness to answer our questions.

My room's window faced a wall, and I found the limited view disappointing.

The location was really convenient. It was easy to reach many attractions! I also liked that the room was cleaned daily. I appreciate it. The bed was comfortable for good sleep.

The room felt a bit small. There were not enough power outlets for my devices! The air conditioning unit was noisy, a problem. I waited a while.

The air conditioning was REALLY noisy. It made noise even when it was turned off. The staff said someone would come to help, but nobody ever came. We had to endure the noise throughout our entire stay. (It was really annoying!)

The hotel location was near the subway. I WALKED to key attractions easily. Free coffee and pastries were available in the reception area (a REALLY nice touch!). The staff kept luggage after checkout because I wanted to roam more.

The heater made noise, so I couldn't sleep well all night.
